TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Rates are mentioned are quoted in MYR.
2. Children below 12 years sharing with adult on existing bedding free.
3. Extra bed requires a charge of MYR 75nett per night inclusive of one breakfast.
4. All rates are subject to 10% sevice charge and 5% goverment tax.
5. All rates, service charge and govt tax are subject to change without prior notice.
6. The above rate are inclusive one way transfer and on coach sharing basis
7. Flight detail confirmation requires for pickup from LCCT.
8. Additional transfer either from LCCT or hotel will be charged at MYR15 nett only on coach sharing basis.
9. Reservation are held until 1800pm only unless guranteed by credit card or advance deposit.
10. The total confirmed room nights will be charge 100% to credit card in the event of NO SHOW or CANCELLATION.
11. Chargeable is non refundable.
12. Check in time is 1400pm onwards.
13. Check out time is by 1200 noon.
14. Any request for late checkout is subject to room availability.
