Concorde KLIA offers various flexible meeting and incentives packages that can be tailored to suit your requirements and budgets. This Sepang hotel in KLIA has seven well-equipped function rooms numbered and named after the hotel's brand.

Concorde 1, with a floor area of 280 square metres, is the most versatile amongst all meeting rooms and can accommodate up to 300 guests in various settings.

The smaller meeting rooms are Concorde 5 and 6, each with a floor area of 48 square metres that can seat 30 to 40 persons comfortably.

The meeting packages at Concorde Inn KLIA are competitively priced, range from RM55 onwards. This includes complimentary meeting room set-up, usage of an overhead or slide projector with screen, flipchart with markers, morning and afternoon coffee breaks with snacks and complimentary car parking. Iced water, writing pads, pens and mints are provided as well.

For meetings with meals, the hotel offers breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner with a wide choice of selections. For a full day seminar, lunch can be easily arranged either in a private function room or at the Melting Pot Café. Themed coffee breaks are also available.
