Basic but pleasant for transit. Second time at the hotel, again for a one night stopover between flights. This time we used a package on their website which included transfers both way from the LCCT. We figured out that for about $A15 more than 2 taxi transfers and a standard room we got a large suite (2 rooms) and transfers both way, so took it. Had to call the hotel on arrival and the driver soon turned up at the meeting place at the Coffee Bean. Some confusion on arrival at the hotel as we had requested twin beds and there was only one king bed, but they soon provided an extra bed and sit it up in the lounge area. They wanted to charge us for this but we pointed out that our booking clearly said twin beds, so they waived the charge. Suite itself was large, clean but dated. Had a dining table, microwave, fridge etc and an extra toilet in the extra room. (Would be good for a family) One downside was that the shower had completely lost its rose and was just a long hose. We made do but it got very hot and was unsafe. We enjoyed a swim in the pool after a long flight and were glad the pool was open after reading a previous review that it would be closed. The included buffet breakfast was fine - plenty of choices, and the transfer back in the morning was smooth. Would stay there again as its a good choice between the Pan Pacific and the basic Tune.  Comment from Tripadvisor

Having read the reviews, we stayed here with much trepidation --- and were happily surprised.

Finding the shuttle bus at the airport (lower level, outside the building at a sign overhead that says door 3) was a bit tricky. Someone in the terminal showed us the way. The trip to hotel took about 5 minutes.

We asked for a quiet room and were given one at the very end of a corridor. We heard wonderful birdsong in the morning rather than suitcases being wheeled by. The room was clean and of adequate size.

The breakfast buffet was very good and included a huge variety of Asian and Western dishes, as well as fresh fruit. It opens at 5:30 a.m. --- very helpful for those with early flights. On the other hand, the dinner buffet, although including an amazing variety of foods, looked a bit tired.

Hotel is in an ideal location for access to KL airport (5 minutes drive). The hotel lay on a complimentary airport shuttle bus to and from the domestic and international terminals every 30 minutes.
We only stayed one night prior to flying out but the rooms are clean and comfortable although a little basic.

Was very surprised to get a hotel for $40 each in a twin incl. Buffet Breakfast especially on the weekend of the Malaysian F1 GP & be so nice for that price.
Room was very clean with big bathroom.
Staff exceptionally helpful & friendly everywhere. 
Food catered to all tastes & at night there was a 60 Ringit Buffet Dinner incl a beverage.
Nice pub on the grounds & in house band were great & needless to say after a few drinks we were all up singing & dancing around...this being a boys weekender for the F1 GP & all!!
Will be now booking this hotel again as I have a stop over with the lovely girlfriend on towards Sri Lanka in June & will be safe in the knowledge that she will like it...her being of 5 star quality.

As mentioned in most other reviews, this hotel is a perfect base if you have a one night stopover from flights in/out of KLIA. Free transfers were speedy and breakfast was served from an early hour so we were able to enjoy it even though we had an early flight. The dinner in the restaurant was nice with a free bowl of soup as a starter and the room was spacious. Walk in shower was also good and generally had an ok time here. You can hear the planes coming in and taking off but assuming you are used to a bit of background noise you soon don't notice.

this hotel is fine for those who have to over night to get a flight out the next day , it’s about 15 min from air Asia airport, (little airport) (LCCC) and 5 min from international airport (big airport) yes you can get a bus to the big airport for about 2 ringgit (90cent) and then they have a free bus to their hotel , a bit of a hassle or do as we done got the taxi for 50 ringgit ($16) , rooms are nothing special but are clean comfy with good working a/c , and TV ,w ell kept grounds with a swimming pool , it is a little noisy in rooms till about 11 pm with all the coming and goings from others quests, ( cases being rolled over tiled walk ways ) etc , a huge breaky is included in the overnight room rate ....overall a good place to get some rest before heading back to the airport for your connecting flights .

Melting Pot Café is excellent. Lots and  of appetizing and nice food As we were here for a day room only we appreciate the nice clean beds and sheets, the comfort enjoyed some nice sleep time too. Also nice to refreshed up with shower. Thank you very much.

Reading the Reviews here I was really expecting a worse Place, even if it was only for 7 hours to have a rest before our long haul flight. But it was much better than expected. The room decoration and interior was new and absolutely clean. Shampoo, Toothbrush, etc. was provided in the bathroom, which was not New but very clean as well. The bed was great, I fell asleep immediately. The style of the building seems as a former Military barrack, but I did Not care for that Short stay. It was very calm when we stayed there, but I definitively recommend ear plugs to be on the safe side (thin walls and concrete hallways, so trolleys are quite noisy) We could not use Pool / Breakfast because our Short stay in the Night. Shuttle Bus to KLIA worked great, Hotel is very close to it. My (low) expectations did absolutely not become true, I would chose Concorde Inn again for an overnight stay. But it is no Holiday Hotel at all. ;)

Only 10 mins from KLIA airport. Staff very helpful. Very clean. Lovely outdoor pool - ideal for relaxing between flights. I would recommend an executive room, which is reasonably priced, but quite basic. Large, comfortable bed.

We spent 1 night at Concorde Inn en route to Bali and were impressed with the efficiency of the complimentary shuttle bus service and the friendliness of the staff. The cost of the stay was extremely good value and we were surprised at the standard of the room and the facilities provided. The buffet breakfast was varied and included in the price.

I had very late check in, but staffs were courteous and helpful. Room was plenty big enough, spotlessly clean, quiet and comfortable with very comfortable pillows (something most hotels overlook.) Buffet breakfast was a treat with ample food of all varieties. I was very pleased with this hotel and would not hesitate to stay again.

The rooms were clean and tidy. We never heard a sound from other guests checking in (however we were pretty tired after a long haul flight and sleep came pretty easy). The food selection for our included buffet breakfast was big and I actually quite liked the ‘beef bacon’

The location close to the airport is ideal. We really appreciated the regular free shuttle service. It is an ideal place to stop over for a night, the rooms are clean, basic and very good value for money. I would certainly recommend it.

Can really recommend this hotel for stay over in Kuala Lumpur, they do not pretend to be something they are not. Staffs are friendly and helpful, and there is a free shuttle bus to KL international airport which is really useful. The breakfast buffet is fine, and has a surprisingly varied selection for vegetarians too, (a lot better than the dire offerings of a 5 star hotel we stayed at in the city). Overall this is a good value place to stay if you are looking for an airport hotel, and because the airport is very far from the city it makes good sense to stay here the night before your flight.

Very near to KLIA, nice green environment, quiet, relax, comfortable. Rate is very cheap. Free transfer, good diner n buffet breakfast. I‘ll say it s a 3 star setting but 4 star feeling. Deluxe room is great, extra RM20, but good feeling all the way. Pool is great too, green everywhere.

Very pleasant outlook and pool. Lots of interesting and colorful birds in the gardens. The dawn chorus was fantastic and a good start to our holiday. The room was clean and comfortable and the buffet breakfast was good.

We opted for the Concorde even though we arrived at the LCCT and had to take the shuttle bus service from there to KLIA (RMM2.50) and then a free pick up to the Concorde by them. We did not want to stay at the TUNE Hotel near the LCCT from a previous bad experience we had. Although the Concorde complex is old, the long passages to the rooms out in the open and not air conditioned, we were happy to put up with this. The early morning breakfast we had (they opened for us at 6.30am) was an excellent spread which we thoroughly enjoyed

This hotel is very convenient for those whose flight is very early. Breakfast is served as early as 5.00 AM and the free shuttle bus service to KLIA is very frequent, i.e. half hourly. If you arrived late at night, it's very easy too. Just take the free shuttle bus to the hotel and have a good night sleep, instead of travelling all the way to the city. The shuttle bus driver is also very helpful, handling all our baggage’s onto the bus and unloading them.

We arrived at LCCT and need to take a morning flight the next day to Siem Reap so I booked this hotel. We spent a total of 14 hours in this hotel and quite enjoyed it. The swimming pool is deserted when we were there so I enjoyed my uninterrupted laps. I asked for the farthest room as possible from the lobby so it could be quieter than the rooms which other guests used to pass by. As we arrived from the LCCT we took the KLIA<-->LCCT bus and from KLIA we took the hotel's free shuttle, because of that we saved about 30-40 ringgits. The next day we took again the free hotel shuttle to KLIA. The buffet breakfast is comparable to other 3-star hotels; it could also pass for a 4-star hotel because it is quite extensive which caters to Asians and Westerners alike.

A very useful location for weary travelers, as a stopover on long haul flights .Shuttle bus at the airport makes for a quick transfer to hotel, and room service late at night was excellent and of good quality and price. This was the second time we have stayed there and would always use it in the future.

Surrounded by lots of greenery, the best part about Concorde inn is that it is real close to the airport (and hence a convenient place to stay if you are waiting for your flight), and the breakfast - the breakfast spread is fantastic - there were different counters for Malay, Indonesian, Chinese and Indian fare. The entire place is single storied, and spread out so it gives more of a feeling of a resort rather than a hotel. If you are stopping over in KL just to take your next flight, this is a great place to stay.

The location of the Concorde Inn KLIA was very convenient. We especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet that was part of the room price. The variety of food was great. We found the staff to be very helpful and accommodating. The availability of an airport shuttle was very helpful to someone not familiar with Kuala Lumpur. We also took advantage of late night room service after arriving on a late international flight.

The hotel staffs are great - friendly and helpful and opened the business centre for me as I need to print something re my ongoing flight. The travel desk staff also we happy to chat when we came down at 0430 to catch our transfer for our flight!!! Nice range of food on their buffet at what is quite a reasonable price for this standard of hotel.

Very friendly staff, efficient check-in, clean and tidy air-conditioned room with a very comfortable bed and pillows, well stocked mini-bar, extensive complimentary bathroom disposables, good hair dryer. Very good food in restaurant with good service and fantastic choice of food. Excellent buffet breakfast included. Wonderful clean and relaxing swimming pool area with free use of swimming towels. Helpful staff for shuttle to airport. Shop in foyer sold chocolate and drinks as well as souvenirs.

Well, i spent 4 nights here for a course organized by my university. Check-in & check-out process were smooth. Nothing much to shout about the design/building, since the KLIA is very near to it. All I can say is the hotel is more to nature; garden feel beautiful. The room was clean & spacious. House-keeper was good in her work. Bathroom was well-kept with toiletries. Complementary water and WIFI service in the room (some may need to pay MYR 50.00 for 24 hours usage). There is only one restaurant (Melting Pot) in the hotel and a bar. Buffet meal or walk-in to order food. Well, quite a selection but since i ate all meals from the restaurant, it might seems a bit bored. Nevertheless, one can eat till your stomach satisfied for it. Souvenir shop is located in the lobby. Since there is free shuttle service to KLIA, it is convenient for those who want to depart early or arrive late in the night.

This hotel is a good price and convenient as a stopover being only a couple of km from International airport with a shuttle bus every half hour to and from the hotel. Nice spacious room and bathroom and good buffet breakfast with enough choices for all.
The pleasant walk to breakfast area through tropical greenery had a resort feel.
